We’re proud to shine the light on Dr Maxwell Hall, co-owner of Fremantle Vet Hospital and West Coast Vets and one of only 10 veterinarians in Australia to hold advanced postgraduate qualifications in equine surgery and reproduction.

With more than 15 years of hands-on experience, Max has built a reputation for delivering world-class care to horses ranging from elite performance athletes to family companions. His expertise covers advanced surgical procedures, lameness diagnostics, sports medicine, and breeding programs.

Outside of his equine expertise, Max is also an incredible asset to our small animal surgery team, where his skills shine in complex cases that require advanced knowledge and precision. His ability to move seamlessly between equine and companion animal care makes him a truly versatile and valued team member.

Beyond his clinical work, Max is passionate about education and mentorship, regularly contributing to veterinary journals and presenting at equine industry conferences across Australia.
